TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesia Football Association (PSSI) acting chairman Joko Driyono said that there is a possibility for the organization to hold an ‘extraordinary conference’ (KLB) in search of a new PSSI chairman.
“If stakeholders and voters request for a KLB to be held then it must be realized based on PSSI’s statute,” said Joko on Sunday after attending the PSSI congress at Nusa Dua, Bali.

Joko Driyono temporarily sits as PSSI acting chairman after Edy Rahmayadi shockingly resigned from his position as the organization’s chairman.
Based on the PSSI statute Article 30, the extraordinary conference shall be held if 50 percent of its delegates of two-thirds officially request for the KLB.
The KLB will be held by the PSSI executive committee three months after the official requests are filed. However, members are allowed to hold their own Congress or ask the help of FIFA if any case the conference never takes place.
